Prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) unless stated and exclude import duties or local taxes. We may update prices at any time, but the price shown at checkout applies to your Order. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors and to cancel affected Orders with a full refund.

Your Order is an offer to buy. Our confirmation email acknowledges receipt but is not acceptance; we accept when we dispatch your Products. We may decline or cancel any Order — for example, for stock issues, suspected fraud, or pricing errors — and will refund any amount charged.

5. Fulfillment & Delivery

We fulfil Orders through a network of trusted fulfillment partners, so delivery times vary by destination and method. Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy, which form part of these Terms. Exchanges, warranties, and order cancellations are handled in line with those policies and your statutory rights.

6. International Sales, Duties & Taxes

We ship worldwide. Any import duties, customs charges, or local taxes are set by your country and are your responsibility.

7. Payment, Fraud & Chargebacks

Payment is taken in full at checkout through secure providers. We may screen Orders for fraud and cancel suspicious Orders. Please contact us before raising a chargeback so we can resolve any issue directly; fraudulent chargebacks may be disputed.

8. Intellectual Property

The Shoptovi name, logo, text, graphics, and imagery are owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable law. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shoptovi's total liability for any Order will not exceed the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, carrier disruptions, or customs actions.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly, it will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
